At Motivated Individual Brothers (M.I.B.), quality craftsmanship, honesty, and hard work are the foundation of every project. With more than 30 years of contracting experience, founder Keith has built a reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality work on projects of every size.
Over the years, Keith has helped homeowners with everything from simple repairs — fixing toilets, general home maintenance — to full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels. His experience spans flooring, drywall, tile work, cabinet installation, painting, carpentry, and a wide range of residential renovation services.
Most recently, M.I.B. successfully transformed a condemned five-bedroom property into a fully renovated home — taking the house down to the studs and rebuilding the entire interior. That project is now a Section 8 rental, providing quality housing for a family in Pittsburgh's low-income community.

Rather than selling, Keith rented the renovated property to a Section 8 tenant — providing stable, quality housing for a low-income family and keeping the investment in the community.
